It's not too late for a good name, but I try to avoid Ecco in the name, it may be copywrited and don't want to get into a lawsuit

Actually, it's a trademark owned by Netmanage, I would say, although they let their registration lapse and some idiot in Texas has filed a new application for the name.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way.  As long as Netmanage hasn't abandoned the mark (which, in my estimation, they have not), then they own it, even if they don't own the registration on it.  After speaking with the guy in Texas, I believe his applications are likely invalid, but that's another story altogether.
